Over 40 years, Cookie Harkin
pioneered a safe way for young babies to swim, despite scepticism
from peers, authorities and parents. This film includes rare footage
of her 1980’s program “Swimming with Dolphins” in Port Phillip Bay,
Melbourne, Australia.
